Atlético Madrid has been seeking reinforcements for their defense and has found the necessary player.

As reported by Fabrizio Romano, Los Colchoneros have signed central defender Robin Le Normand. An agreement has been reached between Atlético Madrid and Real Sociedad for a deal worth €30 million. The personal terms of a long-term contract for the Spanish defender, who was eager to make the move, have already been agreed upon.

However, as the insider added, Atlético is still considering further bolstering their defense and will be looking for another center-back to add to the team.

Additionally, it is worth noting that Memphis Depay, Mario Hermoso, and Gabriel Paulista will be changing clubs this offseason. All three players' contracts with Atlético Madrid have expired, and they will leave the club as free agents.
