Evidence Makgopa should lead Bafana Bafana's attack against South Korea this Thursday if they are to win the game.

Makgopa is the kind of striker who can trouble the Asians in World Cup's Group A alongside Bafana, Mexico and Czechia.

This is the view of former Bafana coach Owen Da Gama who believes the Orlando Pirates striker is capable of delivering the goods for the national side.

“I’m hoping next game, they can play Makgopa because of his height. I’ve always spoken about combinations of players from the same club like Sundowns and Pirates," said Da Gama on Radio 2000.

Bafana face the daunting of beating the Koreans to keep their hopes of qualifying for the next round alive.

The national side are fourth in Group A with a single points while Koreans are second with three points.

The match starts at 3am South African time.
