Today, on the 9th of December, in the Austrian setting of Hochfilzen, the women's pursuit race unfolded. Following yesterday's sprint, Ingrid Landmark Tandrevold took the initial lead, delivering a flawless performance. Notably, ten athletes started within a minute of the leader.

Elvira Oeberg, commencing in second position, executed a splendid race, snatching victory from Tandrevold in the final shooting phase.
