MMA legend and former UFC champion Conor McGregor continues to place bets on football events.

This time, the Irishman announced that he has made a significant wager on the winner of Copa America 2024. McGregor has bet €365,000 on Argentina to win the tournament for the second consecutive time, with odds of 2.73.

Previously, McGregor placed a £60,000 bet on Cristiano Ronaldo to become the top scorer of Euro 2024.

It is worth noting that the Argentina national team has already advanced to the quarterfinals of Copa America 2024, winning their group with 9 points. Their first opponent in the playoffs will be Ecuador.
