Chelsea continues negotiations for Messiño and is prepared to expend a substantial sum

Insider Fabrizio Romano has disclosed that the "Blues" have made a new official transfer offer to Palmeiras for the right-winger. Previously, the Londoners proposed a fixed sum of 32 million euros and 25 million in bonuses for the 17-year-old Brazilian, but this offer was rejected. The new offer has been enhanced financially and amounts to 65 million euros, including bonuses. It is also noted that an agreement has already been reached with the player himself.
