They are resolute. Chelsea has made an enhanced offer for Messinho

Chelsea is resolutely set on acquiring the wunderkind from Palmeiras, Willian Estevão, also known as "Messinho."

According to insider Fabrizio Romano, the Pensioners have made a new offer for the right-winger. Chelsea's latest bid for Estevão will exceed the buyout clause of €55 million.

The London-based club will aim to secure the best payment terms, along with more than 40% of the potential final commission in the form of additional services. Chelsea employed a similar strategy with Jackson's buyout clause last summer.

Chelsea views Willian Estevão as one of the main talents of his generation. Apart from the Pensioners, Messinho is also being pursued by PSG and Barcelona, but the English club is considered the favorite in the race for the talent.

The 17-year-old right-winger made his debut for Palmeiras' senior team in the previous season of the Brazilian Serie A. In the current season, Willian Estevão has played 14 matches for Palmeiras, scoring 3 goals and providing 1 assist.
