Cedric Kaze on Kaizer Chiefs rough patch following their 1-0 loss to Richards Bay: I believe this will come to pass

Kaizer Chiefs’ run of luck will come to pass.

It will not continue for a while.

This is how coach Cedric Kaze sees the club’s run in the Betway Premiership which has seen them lose two games in succession.

The loss to Orlando Pirates on weekend and the one against Richards Bay last night further dented Amakhosi’s title charge as the PSL season reaches its climax.

The loss at the sold out Umhlathuze Sports Complex saw Chiefs drop down to the fifth spot in the Betway Premiership standings.

But Kaze is confident things will change.

“I believe that it’s gonna pass. The moment is gonna pass,” Kaze told SuperSport TV after the game.

“It’s a very bad moment but we need to keep together.

“We need to stay together and work very hard.

“Of course, it’s true that we had a possession in the first half, but I would say it was a sterile possession without breaking lines.

“Without threatening the opponent box. I think probably we had too much players that are fit ballers and not enough runners behind the defensive line.”

Chiefs next face Durban City in the coming two weeks.
