Betway Premiership defending champions Mamelodi Sundowns loans Kobamelo Kodisang to Stellenbosch FC as the midfielder plans to revive his career

Kobamelo Kodisang has managed to secure a loan move from Mamelodi Sundowns to Stellenbosch FC for the remainder of the season.

Kodisang recently had his loan stay in Portugal cut short by AVS Futebol SAD as limited game time saw his career stall in Europe.

The midfielder’s return from Europe was a shock as his departure seemed to have been something his agent Mike Makaab was working on for a while.

Makaab, this week, revealed the player was most likely to continue his career away from Chloorkop even though he is a Sundowns player.

Now he joins Stellies in need of players who can lift them out of the relegation quagmire as the team is third from bottom of the Betway Premiership standings.

Kodisang’s signing at Stellies will also be a window for him to display his true ability as he is yet to fully showcase what he is capable of on the field despite spending most of his career in Europe.
