Super Eagles coach Eric Chelle has refused to confirm whether Ryan Alebiosu, Tochukwu Nnadi and Ebenezer Akinsanmiro will make their Africa Cup of Nations debuts against Uganda.
Nigeria have already secured a round-of-16 spot after wins over Tanzania and Tunisia, opening the door for possible squad rotation on Tuesday.
Ten players in the 28-man squad are yet to feature in the tournament, including Ryan Alebiosu, Tochukwu Nnadi and Ebenezer Akinsanmiro.
Chelle is also monitoring the fitness of Stanley Nwabali and Frank Onyeka, while Victor Osimhen was assessed after picking up a knock against Tunisia. Four key players are also one booking away from suspension.
Asked about fresh faces, Chelle replied: “Yes or no, maybe… and we will see.”
Nigeria will top Group C if they avoid defeat against Uganda, regardless of the other fixture results.
