During the winter transfer window, the Saudi club Al-Nassr attempted to acquire two goalkeepers.

As reported by AS, Al-Nassr was seeking a top-class goalkeeper and was prepared to offer a potential newcomer up to €30 million net per year.

The club from Riyadh reached out to Manuel Neuer from Bayern Munich and David De Gea, but both declined. While Neuer, who returned to the field after a lengthy recovery, is back in full swing, De Gea did not want to move to Saudi Arabia, despite being a free agent since July of last year.

It is worth noting that in the current season of the Saudi Arabian championship, Al-Nassr conceded 24 goals in 20 matches, significantly trailing Al-Hilal, who has only conceded 10 goals.
