Unbelievable! Just look at these wild Barcelona stats after the Feyenoord match
Barcelona are producing some absolutely outrageous numbers at the start of the new season.
Details: Hansi Flick's side opened their Champions League campaign with a crushing 5-1 victory over Feyenoord at the Spotify Camp Nou. Raphinha struck twice, while Karim Adeyemi, Lamine Yamal and Gabriel Jesus also found the net. Sem Steijn scored the visitors' only goal.
Raphinha's start is particularly absurd. The Brazilian has now scored eight goals in his first five competitive appearances of the season and has nine goal contributions in total. He has found the net in every single match Barcelona have played.
- vs Elche — 2 goals and 1 assist
- vs Athletic Club — 1 goal
- vs Rayo Vallecano — 2 goals
- vs Valencia — 1 goal
- vs Feyenoord — 2 goals
There is also one wild statistic Barcelona would probably prefer not to have. Despite their attacking dominance, the Catalans have now gone 16 consecutive Champions League matches without keeping a clean sheet. Their last shutout in the competition came in the 4-0 victory over Borussia Dortmund on April 9, 2025.
Lamine Yamal is also gathering momentum at frightening speed. The 19-year-old scored directly from a free kick against Feyenoord while wearing the captain's armband. It was his fifth goal of the season, and remarkably all five have come across Barcelona's last three matches — braces against Rayo Vallecano and Valencia followed by another goal against Feyenoord.
It is worth noting that Barcelona have won all five of their competitive matches this season and have already scored 22 goals — 17 in four LaLiga games and another five in their Champions League opener.
Reminder: Just three minutes in! Raphinha scores Barcelona's first Champions League goal. VIDEO
