Raphinha needed almost no time to make Barcelona's return to Champions League action memorable.

Details: Barcelona made a flying start to their opening match of the 2026/27 Champions League campaign against Feyenoord at Spotify Camp Nou. Already in the third minute, Raphinha found the net and put Hansi Flick's team 1-0 ahead, scoring the Catalan club's first goal in this season's tournament.

The Brazilian started the match at the heart of Barcelona's attack alongside Lamine Yamal and Karim Adeyemi. His early breakthrough immediately gave the hosts control of the scoreline in their first European fixture of the new season.

Barcelona entered the Champions League opener in excellent domestic form, having won all four of their first La Liga matches and scored 17 goals. Raphinha has been one of the main figures behind that start: before facing Feyenoord, the Brazilian had already scored six goals in the opening four league games of the 2026/27 campaign.
