Pyramids FC have written their name in African football history, lifting the CAF Champions League title for the first time ever after a thrilling 2-1 win over South Africa’s Mamelodi Sundowns in Cairo.

Following a 1-1 draw in Pretoria, the Egyptian club triumphed on aggregate (3-2) to seal continental glory at the Air Defense Stadium.
