The NBA has decided to disqualify Houston's player Jabari Smith and Utah's player Chris Dunn, as reported by NBA Communications.

During the game between Houston and Utah on Saturday, March 23rd, an altercation occurred between the basketball players. This incident took place at the beginning of the second quarter, just after the ball was put into play. Jabari Smith and Chris Dunn were near each other and began the altercation. Teammates and referees immediately intervened in the episode. Both players received technical fouls for the altercation.

Now, the league has intervened in this incident. Dunn has been suspended for two games, while Smith has been suspended for one. Dunn's suspension will start on Monday when Utah plays against Dallas, and he will also miss the game against San Antonio. Smith will not be available for his team's game against Portland.

Golden State's point guard Chris Paul was ejected from the game against Indiana (111:123). He received his first technical foul for referring to referee Tony Brothers as a "TikToker." Later, he was penalized again for commenting that NBA referees have too much power.
