The Indomitable Lions have landed in Brazzaville ahead of their match against Congo in the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers

David Pagou’s team have travelled to face the Red Devils as part of matchday 2 of the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.

The Indomitable Lions wasted no time in Cameroon following their 3-1 opening victory against the Comoros in Garoua on 24 September. The day after this win, the Cameroonian squad set off for the Republic of the Congo.

David Pagou and his players left their country on 25 September to travel to the Congolese capital. They have set up camp in Brazzaville, where they will play their second qualifying fixture.

Bryan Mbeumo and his team-mates will continue their preparations in Brazzaville ahead of this second match. The match is scheduled for Tuesday 29 September at the Stade Alphonse Massamba-Debat.

Cameroon, who got their qualifying campaign off to a perfect start at home, will be looking to build on that result against the Red Devils. Meanwhile, Claude Le Roy’s Congo side will be looking to bounce back in front of their home crowd following their 1-0 defeat to Namibia.
