The fairy tale continues. Boisson advances to Roland Garros semifinals

French tennis sensation Loїs Boisson has turned heads by making it to the quarterfinals of the French Open, but she decided to stun the tennis world even further.
Details: In the Roland Garros quarterfinals, Boisson defeated world No. 6 Mirra Andreeva. The real drama unfolded in the opening set, when the "neutral" player had a chance to close out the set at 5-3, but Boisson kept her composure, forced a tiebreak, and clinched the set in spectacular fashion.
The second set also initially went Andreeva's way as she took the first three games. But Boisson seized control, rattling off six straight games to book her ticket to the semifinals, where she'll face American star and No. 2 seed Coco Gauff.
Reminder: Boisson has become the first Frenchwoman in 20 years to defeat two top-10 WTA players at a single Roland Garros, a feat last achieved by Mary Pierce. The second semifinal pairing will be contested between "neutral" Aryna Sabalenka and Poland's Iga Świątek.
