Sinner became the first finalist of the ATP Finals


In the first semifinal match of the ATP Finals in Turin, Jannik Sinner faced Daniil Medvedev. The Italian player was considered the favorite after winning all three matches in the group stage.
The first set was a closely contested battle, and Sinner managed to secure the set with just one converted break point. In the second set, neither player dropped their serve, leading to a tiebreak, which was won by Medvedev at 4-7.
In the deciding third set, the Italian immediately broke his opponent's serve and took a 3-0 lead. Ultimately, Sinner held on and secured the victory in a tough match that lasted 2 hours and 25 minute, earning his spot in the final.

This marked the ninth meeting between Sinner and Medvedev, with Sinner now leading 6-3.
The opponent for the final will be determined tonight when Carlos Alcaraz and Novak Djokovic face off on the court.
