Sadio Mane made his mark at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco. The 2021 and 2025 African champion was outstanding throughout the tournament.
Beyond his leadership, the 33-year-old made an impact with the Lions of Teranga in several areas, from the group stage to the final won on Sunday 18 January against Morocco.
Mane created 19 chances at the 2025 AFCON. That's more than any other player since 2010. He had 16 shots, 14 take-ons completed, 10 shots on target, won 7 possession in the final third, delivered 3 assists and scored 2 goals.
It was a tremendous performance that was rewarded with Senegal's victory.
