Over four hours. Rafael Nadal played one of the longest matches of his career

On Friday, July 19, Spanish tennis player Rafael Nadal played a quarter-final match at the Swedish tournament in Båstad, facing Mariano Navone.
The match became historic for Nadal. The Spanish player secured victory with a score of 2:1. Despite losing the first set in a tiebreak 6-7 (2-7), Nadal turned the match around, winning the second and third sets with identical scores of 7-5.
Overall, the match lasted four hours and one minute, making it the second longest three-set match of his career. In 2009, Nadal defeated Novak Djokovic in the semi-finals of the Madrid Masters in four hours and three minutes.
Nadal has advanced to the semi-finals of the Båstad tournament, where he will play against Croatian Duje Ajduković.
