Manny Pacquiao will fight against kickboxer Rukiya Anpo

At the end of July, on the 28th, the Super Rizin 3 boxing event will feature the legendary boxer Manny Pacquiao, as announced on the organization's official page.

Initially, Pac Man was set to box against Japanese MMA fighter Chihiro Suzuki. However, Suzuki sustained an injury in an exhibition match against compatriot Takanori Gomi, forcing him to miss the July 28th fight.

Nevertheless, 45-year-old Pacquiao will still appear at the Super Rizin 3 boxing event – his opponent will be another Japanese fighter, kickboxer Rukiya Anpo. Anpo has never previously participated in professional boxing matches. According to the contract, the bout will last 3 rounds of 3 minutes each, in the 69 kg weight category.

On Wednesday, June 26, the first press conference between Anthony Joshua and Daniel Dubois took place, culminating in a staredown. The fight between Joshua and Dubois is scheduled for September 21 at Wembley Stadium.
