Mamelodi Sundowns to face Orbit College this evening without the resurgent and on form Jayden Adams as the player is suspended for the PSL clash

Jayden Adams will miss tonight’s Mamelodi Sundowns significant Betway Premiership clash against Orbit College.

Adams who has been in good form for Miguel Cardoso’s side is suspended for the game at Olympia Park in Rustenburg this evening.

Sundowns have a chance to overtake top side Orlando Pirates on the PSL standings with a win this evening as both teams are on 44 points having played 19 matches.

But they will have to achieve that without Adams who has been a revelation in midfield lately.

In Orbit College, Sundowns will face a resurgent side as the team from North West won their previous game in East London last week when they defeated TS Galaxy 2-1.

Orbit College have former Sundowns players in their rooster in Lesedi Kapinga, Ramahlwe Mphahle and Surprise Ralani.

These players are likely to give their former team a torrid time in denying them a chance to go above Orlando Pirates on the standings.

Orbit are second from bottom and their mission is to climb up the table which will make this game a nervy filled one for the defending champions.

The match starts at 7.30pm.
