Legendary forward LeBron James of the Los Angeles Lakers has achieved yet another incredible milestone.

Last night, the 39-year-old basketball player scored 23 points in a game against Toronto, leading the Lakers to a victory with a score of 128-111. This accomplishment solidifies LeBron as the highest-scoring basketball player in the history of the game!

LeBron James now boasts 49,738 points, surpassing the previous record holder, Brazilian Oscar Schmidt, by one point.

It's worth noting that Oscar Schmidt spent his entire career playing for clubs in Brazil, Italy, and Spain. He also represented Brazil in five Olympics.

LeBron James, in addition to his tenure with the Los Angeles Lakers, has also played for the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Miami Heat.
