The legendary Rafael Nadal, who had returned to the court after a 12-month hiatus, secured his second consecutive victory!
In the round of 16 at the ATP tournament in Brisbane, the 37-year-old Spaniard defeated Australian Jason Kubler in straight sets – 6:1, 6:2.
During the match, a curious episode occurred when Nadal received a warning from the referee for not returning in time after a toilet break.
In the quarterfinals, Nadal will face another Australian – Jordan Thompson.
