Goal fest! Jesus scores every 19 minutes at Camp Nou
Forward Gabriel Jesus is delivering an impressive scoring return for Barcelona. In the eighth-round La Liga clash against Getafe, the Catalans were 2-0 up by the 30th minute, while the Brazilian continued to amaze with his statistics at the team's home ground.
According to statistician Alexis MisterChip, Jesus has spent just 58 minutes on the pitch at Camp Nou in a Barcelona shirt, but has already scored three goals. That means the forward is currently finding the net once every 19 minutes played at the Catalans' home stadium.
Jesus joined Barcelona on September 1, 2026, arriving from Arsenal of London. The sides agreed a contract running until June 30, 2029. The Brazilian previously played for Manchester City and moved to England from Brazilian club Palmeiras.
The forward is now settling into his new team at lightning speed and proving that he can become a key part of the Catalans' attack. If Jesus maintains his current scoring form, his move could prove to be one of Barcelona's best decisions of the season.
