The legendary American boxer George Foreman, known as Big George, named the boxer with the most powerful punch in history.

"Nobody could punch like Earnie Shavers. He had a magnificent punch. If he caught you with his punch, your whole life would flash before your eyes, and you'd wonder, 'What am I doing here?' Earnie Shavers had the best punch," Foreman said.

Earnie Shavers is considered one of the best knockout artists in boxing history, with 70 knockouts in 91 fights.

Tom Loeffler recounted how he organized the 2003 bout between Lennox Lewis and Vitali Klitschko.
