Wrexham might bolster their squad with two footballers ahead of their historic debut in League One
The team of the star actor Ryan Reynolds, Wrexham, has achieved a historic result. They secured second place in the English League Two standings and earned promotion to the higher division. This is a historic achievement for the club.
Ahead of their debut in League One, Wrexham plans to strengthen their squad with two new players. According to South London Press, the Welsh club is looking to sign Millwall duo Wes Harding and Tom Bradshaw.
Wes Harding played 24 matches for Millwall last season, scoring three goals. The Jamaican footballer is looking to change clubs to gain more playing time and is considering the option of joining League One.
Tom Bradshaw appeared in 34 matches for Millwall during the 2023/24 season, scoring four goals and providing three assists. His contract expires next year, so Wrexham may try to acquire him at a lower price.
Wrexham hopes to finalize any potential contracts for this pair this month before heading to the USA for a preseason tour, where they will face Premier League clubs Chelsea and Bournemouth.
It's worth noting that Wrexham has returned to the third tier of English football after 19 years. The last time the team played in League One was in the 2004/2005 season.
