Fraser-Pryce did not run the 100 meters semifinal. What is the reason?

Three-time Olympic champion and eleven-time world champion Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce did not start the 100 meters semifinal at the 2024 Olympics.
Fraser-Pryce aimed to win a medal in the 100 meters at her fifth consecutive Olympic Games, having won podium places in Beijing, London, Rio, and Tokyo.
However, her hopes for another gold medal were dashed when she withdrew from the competition under mysterious circumstances. It was later announced that Fraser-Pryce, who will turn 38 this year, withdrew due to a hamstring injury.
Other sources noted that the Jamaican athlete arrived at the stadium not on the athletes' bus, which violated the Olympic Games' rules, and she was not allowed into the training area because of this.
The athlete herself explained that on July 2, she and other athletes who arrived at their own were allowed to enter without problems, but today the rules changed, and no one was informed about it.
Previously, Fraser-Pryce announced that she would retire after the Paris Games.
