Barcelona are yet to sign any new players this summer, but head coach Hansi Flick has decided who he wants to see at the club.

According to Catalunya Ràdio, the German manager has asked the club's management to prioritise the transfer of Bayer's right-back Jeremie Frimpong. Flick is not satisfied with the fact that the team currently has no profile players for this position, and the attacking abilities of the Dutchman, in his opinion, would be ideal for Barça.

It is not excluded that Barcelona wing forward Ansu Fati could be sent to Bayer as a swap.

In the completed season, which resulted in Bayer winning the Bundesliga for the first time in history, Frimpong distinguished himself with 14 goals and 12 assists in 47 matches in all tournaments.

Last season Barcelona finished in second place in La Liga.
