Even the controller couldn't survive! IShowSpeed beat Dele Alli in FIFA and drove him furious
IShowSpeed has pulled off a surprise victory against a former England international, and the reaction was priceless! The popular streamer reportedly defeated Dele Alli in a one against one football video game contest, leaving the former Tottenham midfielder visibly frustrated.
Details: On November 6, CentreGoals shared footage of IShowSpeed and Dele Alli facing each other in a FIFA video game match. According to the account, Speed emerged victorious, while Alli became so frustrated that he broke his controller. The apparent damage to the equipment has not been independently verified.
The unusual confrontation attracted attention because Alli once competed against the world's best footballers in the Premier League, while Speed built his reputation through online entertainment and his enthusiasm for the sport. The streamer has frequently appeared in football content, particularly involving Cristiano Ronaldo.
The encounter also comes during a different chapter in Alli's life. The 30-year-old has been streaming on Twitch while attempting to revive his professional career. His last club was Como, where he made just one competitive appearance before leaving in September 2025. He has since trained with lower league teams to maintain his fitness.
It's worth noting that Alli played for Tottenham between 2015 and 2022 and represented England at the 2018 World Cup. Despite his recent gaming appearances, he has not officially announced his retirement from professional football. His defeat against Speed remains an entertainment story rather than a competitive sporting result.
