Garcia leaves Barcelona shorthanded.
Details: In today's first leg of the Spanish Cup semi-final, Barcelona are suffering a crushing defeat to Real Madrid with a score of 0-4, and now things have gotten even worse for the Catalans.
The turning point came in the 85th minute, when Atletico launched a lightning-fast counterattack, only to be brought down by Barcelona defender Eric Garcia with a rough foul on the Atletico forward.
Initially, the referee showed Garcia a yellow card, but after VAR intervention, the incident was ruled a 'last-man foul,' and Garcia's yellow was upgraded to a straight red.
