Confirmed. Premier League newcomer has completed the most expensive transfer in club history

Last season Ipswich Town secured a trip to the Premier League and will play in the highest English division for the first time in 22 years. The club's previous transfer record was held for almost a quarter of a century, when in 2000 Ipswich gave an incomplete seven million euros to Wimbledon for left-back Herman Hreidarsson.

Last season, Hutchinson was extraordinary in helping the "tractor boys" win promotion to the Premier League, scoring 11 goals and giving six assists in the team's 50 games in all competitions.
