Breaking! CAF Super Cup match between Mamelodi Sundowns and USM Alger suspended

The CAF Super Cup final between Mamelodi Sundowns and USM Alger had to be temporarily suspended. The match was halted due to difficult weather conditions, prompting organizers to delay the start of the second half.

It is not yet known how long it will take for conditions to improve enough for the teams to return to the pitch and resume the match.

For Mamelodi Sundowns, the enforced stoppage came at a difficult moment: after the opening 45 minutes, the South Africans are trailing 1-2. The team will now have to try to fight back once the match resumes.
