Bolivian football continues to live up to its reputation as a graveyard for coaches. As Sports 360 reports, 14 managers have already left their posts since the season kicked off on March 28. With just 104 days gone and 16 rounds played across league and series competitions, the numbers are stark: one managerial exit every seven days.

The Strongest leads the carousel with two full-time coaches and two interim spells—one of which lasted a single day. Pablo Cabanillas was appointed and dismissed within 24 hours due to internal leadership turmoil. He was replaced by Juan Carlos Paz García, who lasted 11 days before the club hired Carlos Bustos. Bustos was fired on Wednesday after a 7-2 humiliation against Always Ready.

Marcelo Robledo, previously the longest-serving coach at Independiente since August 2023, resigned on Monday. Meanwhile, Humberto Viviani parted ways with Real Tomayapo, rounding out the week’s trio of departures.

Only five clubs—Always Ready, ABB, Blooming, Bolívar, and FC Universitario—still have the managers they started the season with. The rest reflect a volatile landscape where job security on the sidelines remains elusive, and patience is increasingly scarce.
