In just a few days, the Super Bowl will take place between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles. This game attracts massive viewership, making advertising slots for the broadcast extremely expensive.

Details: According to Variety, the price of a single ad slot on FOX now exceeds eight million euros. The FOX corporation has already sold at least ten commercial spots that will air during the Super Bowl.

Quote: "The Super Bowl is the only place where you can achieve legitimate scale with a single commercial. There’s nothing else like it," said Mark Evans, executive vice president of sales at FOX Sports.

For reference, the previous Super Bowl generated approximately $600 million in total advertising revenue.

Reminder: This will be the fifth time in the last six years that the Kansas City Chiefs compete for the NFL championship. In a dramatic matchup, the reigning NFL champions defeated the Buffalo Bills.

Their opponent will be the Philadelphia Eagles, who cruised past the Washington Commanders with a commanding 55-23 victory.

The Super Bowl will take place on February 9 in New Orleans.
