2027 AFCON qualifiers: venue, kick-off time and TV channels for the Zimbabwe v DR Congo clash
The Warriors host the Leopards on 28 September at the National Sports Stadium, as part of matchday 2 of qualifiers for the next Africa Cup of Nations.
Kick-off for this fixture is scheduled for 4 pm GMT. This match promises to be a thrilling encounter between the two sides. Both Zimbabwe and the Democratic Republic of the Congo have made a successful start to the qualifying campaign.
The Warriors beat Sierra Leone 3–2 on the first matchday, whilst the Leopards beat Equatorial Guinea 2–0 in Kinshasa on 24 September. The two sides are therefore vying for top spot in Group E.
Their last three head-to-head encounters have also ended in a perfect tie. DR Congo have one win, as do Zimbabwe, whilst one match ended in a draw.
