At the end of September, Wembley will host the IBF heavyweight title fight between Daniel Dubois and Anthony Joshua.

According to Turki Al-Sheikh, head of the General Entertainment Authority of Saudi Arabia, a request has been made to expand the stadium's capacity. This is because they aim to set a record for the highest boxing attendance in Wembley’s history.

Wembley currently accommodates 90,000 spectators. The existing attendance record is 94,000, set during the Tyson Fury vs. Dillian Whyte fight in April 2022.

All tickets for the event have already been sold. The evening's program includes the main fight, undercard matches, and a performance by former Oasis member Liam Gallagher.

Additionally, Anthony Joshua’s promoter, Eddie Hearn, has shared his thoughts on Joshua’s upcoming fights and the potential bout for the undisputed world championship.
