Sensational Bologna have agreed a transfer for the Barcelona-born player

Bologna, which sensationally secured a spot in the Champions League after the past season, has agreed on a significant defensive reinforcement.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Betis' left-back Juan Miranda will become Bologna's new player. The footballer has already arrived in Italy for his medical examination and contract signing.

Miranda joins Bologna as a free agent, with his contract at Betis having come to an end.

Last winter, Milan was the primary contender for Miranda, but the club and the player could not reach an agreement.

The 24-year-old Miranda is a product of Barcelona's academy. In the 2018/19 season, he even played four matches for the Catalan club's first team.

He has been with Betis since the summer of 2020, tallying 8 goals and 11 assists in 111 matches.
