England and Slovakia are battling for a spot in the quarter-finals of Euro 2024.
The match started with an unpleasant event for Gareth Southgate. England defender, Marc Guéhi, received a yellow card early in the game, his second of the tournament.
As a result, if England advances to the quarter-finals, Guéhi will be suspended for the next match. It's worth noting that yellow cards for players are reset only from the semi-finals onwards, according to the regulations of the European Championships.
The England vs Slovakia match kicked off at 18:00 Central European Time.
Earlier, we informed you that Harry Kane has become England's all-time caps record holder.
