Despite rumours of a conflict with the club's management, RB Leipzig head coach Marco Rose remains with the team.

The club officially announced today that the 47-year-old German manager has signed a new contract with the Bulls until the summer of 2026. The contract also includes an option for an automatic extension for another season.

Earlier, it was reported that Rose could leave RB Leipzig due to disagreement with the club's transfer policy. However, the key moment for him was when the Bulls extended his contract with Benjamin Szeszko. For Rose, this was one of the main conditions.

Marco Rose has been coaching RB Leipzig since September 2022, when he was appointed to replace Domenico Tedesco. Last season, his team finished in fourth place in the Champions League and reached the 1/8 finals of the Champions League, where they lost to Real Madrid.

Prior to RB Leipzig, Rose coached Borussia Dortmund, Borussia Mönchengladbach and Red Bull Salzburg.
