Orlando Pirates coach receives monthly award for the side's impressive run in the Betway Premiership

Abdeslam Ouaddou is named the Betway Premiership Coach of the Month for the month of September October while Golden Arrows’ Siyanda Ndlovu was named the same month’s Player of the Month.

Ouaddou’s Orlando Pirates have been in impressive form in the PSL managing to compete pound for pound with defending champions Mamelodi Sundowns.

Sundowns’ dominance in the PSL has been unmatched for the past six seasons and the resurgence of giants like Pirates under Ouaddou is proof that Sundowns dominance is slowly slipping away.

The Pirates coach received the award for his team’s three wins out of three games for the September October period.

Meanwhile, Arrows midfielder, Ndlovu is named the Player of the Month for his meteoric rise in the Betway Premiership. The midfielder scored three goals and registered three assists in five matches for the Durban side.

One of his best goals this season when he dribbled past the entire Stellenbosch FC defenders from the halfway line to score in an individual brilliance goal received the Goal of the Month Award.

Ndlovu’s coach Manqoba Mngqithi has been waxing lyrical about this player even staking a claim that Ndlovu deserves a national call up.
