Orlando Pirates coach Abdeslam Ouaddou on their 2-2 against Richards Bay: May people think it's over but I can tell you we will keep fighting

Abdeslam Ouaddou has not changed his tune.

The Orlando Pirates coach still maintains the Sea Robbers will keep fighting for the PSL title despite playing to a 2-2 draw against Richards Bay last night in a Betway Premiership match.

This is not the first time Pirates drop points as the title race intensifies.

They first dropped them against Siwelele FC at home at Orlando Amstel Arena last month in a 1-1 draw.

Ouaddou should know well that for them to derail Mamelodi Sundowns from winning their ninth title on the trot, they would need not to drop points easily like last night at Umhlathuze Sports Complex.

The draw means Pirates are a point behind top of the table Sundowns with a game more than Sundowns.

“I think there is a little bit of disappointment because it’s two points that we lost in this race,” Ouaddou said on SuperSport TV.

“But the guys fight till the end. Let’s work until the end like I said.

“Lot of people can think it’s over but we don’t think like that. We have to play our game until the end.

“Let’s congratulate the boys with the character because they come back they scored two goals. It’s a positive point but I think we lost two points.”
