Abdeslam Ouaddou has declared Orlando Pirates players as ‘ready’ for Mamelodi Sundowns in the top of table clash this evening.
The Orlando Pirates gaffer said this game is one of the special ones in the South African football calendar.
Ouaddou said its one of the ‘biggest Classicos in Africa’.
“But my players are ready, there is a lot of trust, a lot of confidence and unity as well, something that speaks to us, something that is with us since the beginning of the season.
“These kinds of games are special for the players, coaches and the fans. It is one of the biggest Classicos in Africa.”
Undoubtedly, it will be one of the biggest matches this season as both are chasing the PSL title as Pirates are atop of the standings with hopes of annexing the PSL trophy.
While Ouaddou has declared as a big game, it will be interesting how it turns out as the Sea Robbers have a six point lead ahead of Sundowns.
They will be looking to extend the gap as Sundowns will want to close it.
