As expected, a new satellite club of a Serie A top team will appear in the structure of Italian football from the new season.
Milan has officially announced that the club's youth team will compete in Serie C for the 2024/25 season, under the name Milan Futuro.
This will be the third such club in Serie C. Since 2018, Juventus NextGen has been playing in the third Italian league, and from last season, Atalanta U-23 joined as well.
It is already known that the head coach of Milan Futuro will be club legend Daniele Bonera. This will be his first coaching experience in his career.
