Mamelodi Sundowns enter the Mbombela Stadium in a sombre moodfor the clash against TS Galaxy

Mamelodi Sundowns latest posts on X, formerly known as Twitter, suggest the side from Pretoria is not in high spirit.

The video on the X shows the team asking its support base to come in numbers for the ultimate Betway Premiership match at Mbombela Stadium.

This evening's game for the Brazilians does not resemble what the club has been subjected to in thelast eight years in the PSL.

For the past eight years the Sundowns last games were filled with palpable excitement as it would be one they would be crowned champions.

But this season is different.

Orlando Pirates have shown their mettle in derailing Miguel Cardoso's side from lifting the Betway Premiership on their last game.

Pirates have two games less and the result of those games would determine the winner.

For this evening clash at 7.30pm in Mbombela, Sundowns would be experiencing a different end to their season.
