It is known who could replace Verstappen in the event of disqualification

Red Bull's front-runner Max Verstappen is on the brink of a one-race suspension, as the Dutchman needs just one more penalty point before he's forced to take an enforced break. The team has already identified who could step in for their star driver.
Details: It comes as no surprise that Red Bull Racing will look within their own ranks, and should Verstappen be sidelined, his replacement would likely be one of the team’s two reserve drivers: Liam Lawson or Isack Hadjar. However, as reported by PlanetF1, both drivers are currently seen as evenly matched, and their chances of a temporary promotion to Red Bull are neck and neck. So, it's still unclear who would ultimately partner Yuki Tsunoda if Verstappen is benched.
Reminder: During the Spanish Grand Prix, Verstappen picked up his 11th penalty point in the last 12 months. If the Red Bull leader receives one more penalty point over the next two Grands Prix, he will be suspended for one race.
This means Verstappen could become only the second driver to be banned from a race since the penalty points system was introduced. The first was Kevin Magnussen last season, who was suspended for the Azerbaijan Grand Prix after accruing too many points.
