Liverpool snapped their losing streak in Matchweek 13 of the Premier League, claiming a 2-0 away win over West Ham.
One of the goals was netted by Liverpool's high-profile signing Alexander Isak. For the Swedish striker, this was his first goal for Liverpool in the Premier League. Previously, he'd found the net for the Reds in the English League Cup.
Interestingly, Isak also avoided setting a new personal record for the longest goalless run. He had gone seven straight Premier League matches without scoring, matching a similar drought from April to May 2023.
It's worth noting that after three consecutive defeats, Liverpool have finally claimed all three points and climbed to eighth place in the league table. In just a few days, on December 3, Arne Slot's men will host Sunderland at Anfield.
