Chelsea sets its condition: Maresca wants to bring a star player to Manchester City
Chelsea has no plans to part ways with Pedro Neto, but the club is prepared to consider offers for the Portuguese winger only if they come with a hefty price tag, according to the Daily Mail.
Sources report that the London side is not surprised by the growing interest in the 26-year-old. Manchester City, Liverpool, and several clubs from Saudi Arabia are all eyeing Neto.
Chelsea is closely monitoring the transfer market and notes that the value of top-class wingers has skyrocketed. That's why the Blues have no intention of selling Neto at a bargain price.

Manchester City, now led by Enzo Maresca, is particularly keen on the Portuguese star. The Italian coach knows Neto's abilities well from their time together at Chelsea and sees him as one of the top options to bolster City’s attack.
