The co-coaches have not convinced the Amakhosi hierarchy to consider them on a full time basis despite guiding the team to a respectable third place finish on the PSL standings.

This finish high up in the Betway Premiership table if a rare feat for Chiefs as they have not achieved this position in the past three seasons.

Chiefs struggled to even make the top eight in past seasons so this third place in a huge achievement and both coaches have alluded to doing better as their only aim at the club.

The game against Chippa United at Moses Mabhida Stadium is a formality given that the top three spot is a certainty.

And what is also certain is that they will be in the Chiefs dugout for the last time as Chiefs co-coaches this Saturday.
