Big loss. Thibaut Courtois is injured and will miss El Clasico
This Saturday, October 26, Real Madrid and Barcelona will face off in the first El Clásico of the season. However, Madrid will be without two key players ahead of the match.
Details: According to Fabrizio Romano, Real Madrid's first-choice goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois suffered a muscle injury during yesterday's game against Borussia Dortmund.
The Belgian will certainly miss El Clásico, and backup goalkeeper Andriy Lunin will step in to replace him.
Additionally, Brazilian forward Rodrygo, who sustained a hamstring injury in the same match, will also miss the game against Barcelona.
These absences add to Real Madrid's growing injury list, which already includes David Alaba and Dani Carvajal.
Reminder: The referee for this season's first El Clásico has already been announced.
