“On Monday, I’ll go get the Ballon d’Or”. Vinícius boldly responds to Gavi during El Clásico

Yesterday marked the season’s first El Clásico, remembered not only for Real Madrid’s crushing defeat but also for the intense exchanges on the field. One standout moment came when Vinícius Júnior responded confidently to Gavi during a heated exchange.
Details: Gavi began the match on the bench, watching all four of his team’s goals from the technical area. He only entered the pitch three minutes before regular time ended but found enough time to clash with Vinícius.
In the 90th minute, Gavi halted a Real Madrid attack by grabbing Vinícius, sparking a verbal spat. While Jules Koundé held Gavi back, the Spaniard continued to trade words with the Brazilian, eventually raising four fingers to signify his team’s goals. Vinícius reportedly responded with a cryptic comeback that puzzled many.
But according to El Chiringuito, Vinicius Junior made fun of him by declaring that he would receive the Ballon d'Or on Monday.
Quote: "Yes, yes. But on Monday, I’ll go get the Ballon d’Or," Vinicius is quoted as saying by El Chiringuito.

The ceremony for the coveted individual football award is set for tomorrow, October 28, in Paris.
